Real Estate Investor Leads - How To Get More Leads

One of the high paying and lucrative industries, real estate investment has witnessed a rise in the last few years. Due to high foreclosure rates in various states, real estate investment has become a profitable business for many individuals. I have been in the real estate business and I have never witnessed such a rapid increase in the number of real estate investor leads in the last few years. Of course, success depends on the conversion rate and I can tell you that in spite of the rough weather business for me has been quite productive.

If you check the statistics of real estate market in the beginning of 2007 then you will find that 36,975 new homes and condos were sold in California and this is an increase of 5.8% from April, 2007. So you can imagine the amount of people investing in real estate. Real estate investors are different from regular homebuyers because investors buy homes only to sell them later to earn profits.

I have come across many investor leads but was able to convert 79% of them into clients. It is not the easiest of things to do. There is a lot of difference between convincing a buyer lead and an investor lead. Investors want more value for money because it a business for them. So if I don\'t offer them a great deal they will go to my competitor. There are many real estate investors who buy multiple homes and I am always on a lookout for such a real estate investor lead.

There are different types of investing options and one of the most common is flipping. Flipping involves buying homes at bargain prices that need small repairs. Once the real estate investors have fixed the repairs, they can sell it for a higher price. By selling the home for a better price, the investors recover their cost of repairs and also make profit.
